📅 Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations (within 4 hours of appointment time) will result in a 75% service charge. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without communication will be charged 100% of the service total. Future appointments may require full prepayment at time of booking. 🚗 Mobile Travel Consideration Because Sole Evolution is a mobile service: If I arrive at the confirmed location and the client is unavailable, unreachable, or unprepared for service, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun. ⏳ Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service to respect the next scheduled appointment. If the service cannot be completed due to lateness, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are transferable if rescheduled with proper 24-hour notice. ❤️ Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen. One-time exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion.
